Profiles & Personalization

Profiles give Leo context about your background and focus areas so it can recommend the right content for you and your audience.

Open Your Profile from the toolbar or say "open profile".
Fill in demographics (age, education, occupation, country) plus your interests and specialties.
Click Save Profile (or say "save profile") to store it.
Use "get recommendations" regularly to refresh AI suggestions based on your latest profile.

These features are being rolled out to make it easier to move Medical TV between devices and control it from anywhere.

Cast & Mirror — use the Cast & Mirror link in the footer to send streams to compatible smart TVs and displays.
Virtual Remote Control — control channels, volume and playback from a separate phone or tablet using the Virtual Remote Control link.
Voice integration (coming soon) — planned voice flows such as "send this to the ward TV" or "control from my phone" so you can route and control content entirely by voice.

As these features roll out, check this panel for new shortcuts and recommended voice phrases.

Best Practices for Creators

Start each session by checking your mic and camera, then ask Leo to open the tab you will use the most.
Use voice commands to mark key moments (for example: switching channels or starting a new topic) so highlights are easier to find.
Review analytics and recommendations after each stream and adjust your profile if your audience changes.
Experiment with different formats — live teaching, case reviews, Q&A, panel discussions — and let AI surface what performs best.

Fill in key fields such as Age, Country, Education and Interests (for example: emergency medicine, pediatrics, cardiology).
Click Save Profile or say "save profile" after you update your details.
Say "get recommendations" to ask Leo to build a fresh list of AI-powered suggestions.
Use "show favorites", "add to favorites" and "remove from favorites" to build your personal quick‑access list.

Profile information is stored in the app and used by the recommendation engine to tailor your experience. Only add details you are comfortable sharing.
